By participating in this Promotion you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 15:30 Friday 20th December 2024 until 15:30 Sunday 22nd December 2024 (the "Promotional Period").

1. Are over 18 years old.

2. Are located in the UK or ROI.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE FOR THIS PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must place at least 3 Qualifying Bets (defined below) during the Promotional Period.

4. A “Qualifying Bet” is a bet that complies with the following requirements:

1. Customer has opted-in to the offer.

2. It is a bet on an UK /Irish Race.

3. It is a minimum stake of £/€10 with odds of 1/2 or greater; and

4. It is placed using real money only.

5. Once an Eligible Player places 3 Qualifying Bets, a £/€10 Free Bet will be credited to their account to use on any Racing.

6. An Eligible Player can only qualify for this promotion a maximum of once within the Promotional Period.

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR FREE BET

7. The free bet must be used within 7 days once credited, otherwise it will expire and not be reissued.

8. The free bet can be used on any Racing market in a single transaction.

9. Maximum free bet available per Eligible Player for this Promotion is 1 x £/€10.

10. Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

11. Should the free bet win, the value of the free bet will not be included with any winnings.

12. The free bet stake is not returned if the free bet wager becomes void.

13. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar. 

14. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes. 

15. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions. 

16. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. 

17. If the Promoter decides to withdraw this Promotion, this will not impact any purchases an Eligible Player has placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal. 

18. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
