1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Birmingham City tickets Offer (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

2. This Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 10:00 on 31/03/25 to 23:59 on 06/04/25 (the “Promotional Period”).

3. This Promotion is available to customers of www.coral.co.uk (the “Website”) who:

a. are over 18 years old;

b. are located in the UK or ROI;

c. have a verified Website account;

d. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

(an “Eligible Player”).

4.  Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

5. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must opt-in and place a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period.

6. A “Qualifying Bet” is a bet that complies with the following requirements:

a. it has a minimum stake of £/€5 with odds of 1/2 or greater.

b. it is placed on any football market.

c. it is placed using real money only.

7. Eligible Players who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive:

a. One entry to the Birmingham City tickets Offer prize draw

8. Maximum 1 entry per Eligible Player during the Promotional Period.

9. The prize draw will take place on 07/04/25 by 09:00. Two (2) winners will be selected using a Random Number Generator program. 

10. The prize will consist of one (1) pair of tickets to the EFL Trophy final. Two (2) pair of tickets will be given away.

11.  The Promoter will contact the winners via inbox message, phone or email (the “Winning Notification”) within 24 hours following the end of the prize draw to inform them of their win and give them information about their prize.

12. The prize will be sent either to the postal address or the e-mail registered on the Eligible Player’s Website account.

13. By participating to this Promotion, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call.

14. It is the responsibility of Eligible Players to have updated personal information on their Website account.

15. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

17. This Sports Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Sports Promotion.

18. We reserve the right to change or end any Sports Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
