Odds and preview ahead of Matchday 19

The second week of the Ruckrunde is nearly upon us and there’s a full schedule of matches in store.

You can find all the odds as Hertha Berlin host Schalke in the Friday night kick-off here. Elsewhere Wolfsburg do battle with Bayer Leverkusen at the Volkswagen Arena on Saturday afternoon.

But our preview begins with Bayern Munich’s tie against Stuttgart and there’s more than just an on the field rivalry bubbling under.

Bayern Munich v Stuttgart (Sunday 2:30pm)

By close of play on Saturday, Bayern will know if they can cut the deficit at the top to three points.

League-leaders Borussia Dortmund host a Hannover side on Saturday who’ve beaten BVB twice in the last six meetings.

The Bavarians are playing catch up and a win at 1/11 is vital. Niko Kovac could bring out the big guns here.

Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry should feature, with the former 11/8 to notch anytime.

Leon Goretzka bagged two goals against Hoffenheim and is 9/2 to score another brace.

Stuttgart are battling relegation and are standing firm on releasing Benjamin Pavard before the summer.

The away side are letting Pavard go to Bayern in July – but he’ll be vital if they’re to get anything from this game on the double chance at 15/2.

Wolfsburg v Bayer Leverkusen (Saturday 2:30pm)

Wolfsburg have had a total transformation from recent years of woe and near relegation.

This has a lot to do with two strikers that arrived in the summer. Wout Weghorst and Daniel Ginzcek have eleven goals between them.

The sixth-placed Wolves can put the pressure on the top-five with a win at 8/5.

Weghorst to notch a brace is 5/1. Both teams to score and a home win is 17/5.

Leverkusen had an indifferent Hinrunde and find themselves in tenth position. But a victory also at 8/5 could catapult them as high as seventh.

Best of the rest

Dortmund are looking to extend their lead at the summit with a win over Hannover. It’s 17/20 to see four goals or more with a Dortmund win at 1/6.

Hoffenheim are at Evens to bounce back from defeat to Bayern, with an away win at Freiburg on Saturday.

Andrej Kramaric is the main man up top and he’s 9/2 to notch two or more goals.

Eintracht Frankfurt’s trip to Werder Bremen should be an intriguing encounter. It’s 4/9 for Both teams to score, the away side to grab the spoils is 8/5.
