Rabbini among TV bets for Peterborough and Romford

Rabbini to cash in on class-drop at Peterborough
Racing Post Greyhound TV features 12-race graded cards at Peterborough and Romford tonight (Live on Sky 468, Freesat 250), and T2 Rabbini rates the best bet at the former in the A2 contest at 20:26.
David Pruh’s dog has some solid runs to his name in Open race company and ran a blinder over course and distance two starts back in an A1 when showing plenty of early zip before going down by just 1/2 a length.
A reproduction of the 4.45 sectional he produced that day would be more than good enough to see him lead the inside and turn in front at the first bend.
If doing so Rabbini is going to be hard to peg back in this lower grade affair.
Munster Murray makes plenty of appeal
In the S4 (19.54), T4 Munster Murray looks decent value to land the spoils.
The son of Premier Fantasy is not a prolific winner but is a really strong sort who is often right in contetion at the business end of proceedings.
He has run blinders two finish runner-up in his last two starts in the grade, going down by just 1/2 a length and a short-head, and is clearly in good heart at present.
With the possibility of crowding on the inside this race could be set up for a closer, and Munster Murray fits that bill and if within striking distance rounding the home bend can use his power-packed finish to maximum effect.
Max drawn to attack
Another I like on the Peterborough card is T1 Farley Max in the A4 at 21:48.
Phil Ward’s dog has plenty of early pace, as he showed when producing a 4.50 sectional to land an A4 by five lengths over course and distance back in May.
He backed that up with two solid efforts in A2 company and has also been running in some decent races of late.
This is a bit easier and Farley Max looks ideally drawn in the red jacket to ping out and make all.

Golden chance for Ben at Romford
T3 Ben Golden hasn’t had much luck of late but can exploit what looks a good draw to land the A1 at Romford (22:26).
The Jim Reynolds trained dog is six from 14 at the track and has a good record from the white jacket having won six from 13.
Ben Golden is also three from six in the grade and has enough early pace to clear the duo on his inside.
If doing so he can put his back-straight to good effect to return to winnings ways.
Zeb fancied to give rivals the slip
In the A1 at 21:06, T1 Butterbridge Zeb looks to have plenty going for him.
Margaret Lucas’s son of Quail Hollow is yet to win in four starts in the top grade, but did post excellent efforts to finish runner-up on two occasions before being slowly away and crowded last time out.
In the last of those seconds, Butterbridge got a bump at the first before running on strongly to be beaten 1 3/4 lengths in a time of 24.26.
That clock reads well in the context of this contest and another plus is that Zeb has won three of his eight races from the red jacket.
Chopchop Molly can cut rivals down to size
T5 Chopchop Molly can take advantage of a drop in grade to open her account in the A3 at 21:24.
Ernie Gaskin’s bitch has only had five starts, and shaped with plenty of promise in one of those when runner-up in A2 company.
The daughter of Hondo Black showed plenty of early pace before going down by 2 1/2 lengths and is still a raw pup learning the ropes.
This represents by far the easiest task she has faced to date, and a reproduction of her best split of 3.78 can see her turn the bend in front for a trap-to-line success.
