The one constant has been the EFL’s 92 league clubs aiming for a slice of cup glory.
The 2018-19 Carabao Cup kicks off tonight, with Yeovil Town v Aston Villa the live TV game on Sky Sports.
Villa were amongst the recent finalists, making the 2010 edition. They produced one of the fixture’s 43 goalscorers since 2004.
