The Premier League returns this weekend with a host of crucial games at both ends of the table.
There’s one top-four tussle, two relegation six-pointers and three Crystal Palace defenders who’ll attempt to stop Mohamed Salah from finding the back of the net once again.

Top-four tussle at the Bridge
Chelsea’s games with Tottenham always have an edge. Everyone remembers the 2-2 in 2016, the 5-3 on New Year’s Day 2015 and the 5-1 cup semi-final in 2012.
But this one takes on extra importance. Victory for Spurs virtually guarantees the North Londoners of a top-four place. Success for the Blues cuts the gap to Mauricio Pochettino’s men to two points.
Chuck in the fact that the pair are also bona fide London rivals, and you have everything you need for pure Super Sunday drama.
The West Londoners have not lost at home to Spurs since 1990. They’re 13/10 for another Stamford Bridge success. You can back the visitors at 21/10 and the Draw at 23/10.
Hammers and Saints in six-pointer
West Ham United head into this match with one win in their last eight. Southampton have won once in the Premier League since late-November. So the Coral News Team are expecting a cracker at the London Stadium.
Neither side will want to give anything away in the battle to avoid the drop. But with 101 goals conceded between the pair in the top-flight so far this season, it could be a case of which defence holds up best.
City return to the scene of the crime
Goodison Park remains the scene of Pep Guardiola’s worst day as manager of Manchester City. The Citizens were taken apart on Merseyside last year as Everton ran riot with a 4-1 victory.
Times have changed since then. And City are still on course to record an historic treble. The Etihad club have won their last four in a row in the Premier League and should make short shrift of the Toffees.
Sam Allardyce’s side lack discipline defensively. They’ve not won a single game against the top-six all season long. City to Win to Nil is priced at 5/4, with Kevin de Bruyne at 9/4 to Score Anytime.
Palace to upset Liverpool again?
Crystal Palace have a history of upsetting the odds against Liverpool.
The Eagles came back from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 with the Reds to effectively deny them the title in 2014. A year later they won 3-1 at Anfield in Steven Gerrard’s final home game as a Liverpool player.
In total, they’ve won four of the last seven meetings between the two clubs in the Premier League. They’ll need to be at their best once again to stop Mohamed Salah.
The Egyptian forward bagged four in his last outing for the Reds and is now on 36 for the season. He’s 14/5 to Score 2 or More at Selhurst Park.
Big chance for Newcastle and Huddersfield
Relegation fears have eased for Newcastle United and Huddersfield Town. But the pair still require victories to guarantee their Premier League survival.
The good news for Rafael Benitez is that the Terriers don’t travel well. The Yorkshire side have lost nine of their last 12 top-flight away games. Newcastle, by contrast, are unbeaten in six at St James’ Park.
You can back the hosts at 3/4 to continue their good run. Huddersfield are available at 21/5, with the draw priced as 12/5.
