Poet’s Word favourite for Juddmonte at Ebor Festival
Published:Stoute’s star in pole position
Poet’s Word heads Coral’s betting for next week’s Juddmonte International at 2/1.
Sir Michael Stoute’s charge tops favouritism ahead of the Coral-Eclipse one-two Roaring Lion and Saxon Warrior, 5/2 and 9/2 respectively.
Cracksman is next in the betting at 7/1, with the Godolphin duo of Benbatl and Thunder Snow among the horses quoted at 12/1. The supplemented Thundering Blue is 33/1.
“Poet’s Word heads the betting for the Juddmonte International as he bids for a hat-trick of top-level wins,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
“Roaring Lion is the shortest-priced three-year-old following his Coral-Eclipse success last month,” added Stevens.
