Five live European football tips

The football action continues this midweek across the continent, with a host of European league fixtures taking place in the likes of La Liga, Serie A and the Bundesliga.

On both Tuesday and Wednesday night, many of Europe’s giants will be in domestic action, including Spanish champions Barcelona and dominant German title holders Bayern Munich.

AC Milan v Lazio: Bacca to score and hosts win

At the San Siro, Vincenzo Montella’s Milan outfit will look to add another victory to their recent win over Sampdoria, as they prepare take on Lazio, who they have not lost to domestically at home since December 2008.

The Rossoneri have been helped by the clinical form of their Colombian marksman Carlos Bacca, having scored four goals in as many league outings. He was also on target in both meetings with Lazio last term, making him a promising 11/4 to net anytime in a home victory (£20 max stake).

Wolfsburg v Borussia Dortmund: Visitors to win and both score

This Bundesliga fixture has produced plenty of goals in recent seasons, with last term’s two match-ups seeing no less than nine strikes, as Dortmund prevailed on both occasions with both sides scoring.

Bayern Munich v Hertha Berlin: Champions to win by three or more

Hertha Berlin have become surprising early rivals for champions Bayern in the Bundesliga, as they sit below Carlo Ancelotti’s league leaders on goal difference.

The Bavarians won both encounters last season 2-0 and enter the latest meeting with their close challengers at 6/5 to triumph by three or more goals on this occasion.

Barcelona v Atletico Madrid: Griezmann to net anytime

Barcelona and Atletico Madrid met on four occasions last season in both the Champions League and La Liga and they will renew their rivalry at the Nou Camp in a domestic battle on Wednesday night.
