Dustin Johnson is the defending champion and will be a popular pick in Travelers Championship betting tips

Dustin Johnson is the 8-1 favourite to win the 2021 US Masters, according to our odds.

Arguably the highlight of the golf calendar begins on Thursday and Johnson is fancied to defend the title he won in November 2020.

The red hot Jordan Spieth is the 9-1 joint second favourite, having been 14-1 before his recent win in Texas, alongside Jon Rahm, Justin Thomas and Bryson DeChambeau.

Rory McIlroy can be backed at 14-1, with Paul Casey (28-1), Lee Westwood (30-1), Matthew Fitzpatrick (33-1) and Tommy Fleetwood (35-1) other Brits in good form.

“Dustin Johnson was imperious round Augusta in November, winning by four shots, and he is the favourite to win another green jacket as we go again just six months later at the iconic course,” said Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead.

“Only Danny Willett has won for the UK since 1996, but the British charge is as strong as ever this year. McIlroy heads the contenders but Casey, Westwood, Fitzpatrick and Fleetwood are all in fantastic form and are proving popular with punters,” added Aitkenhead.
