The Premier League may be drawing to a close today, but we’re in the penultimate round of games in La Liga and Serie A.

Today’s acca tips from the Coral News Team feature five picks from the games taking place in Spain and Italy’s top flights…

Barcelona – 3/10

History is in sight for Barcelona now. The La Liga champions are just two games away from becoming the first Spanish side to go through a 38-game league campaign without defeat.

They don’t look like slipping up away to 16th-placed Levante. Barcelona have won the last seven games between the two sides, scoring 28 goals and only conceding two in the process.

Espanyol – 8/13

It’s been a miserable season for Malaga fans. And they’re not likely to have much to cheer about at Espanyol.

The Barcelona-based club will be riding high after beating Atletico Madrid last weekend. They’ve only lost once at home in league action since February and will want to say goodbye to their fans for the summer with a win.

Atalanta – 10/11

Atalanta are currently seventh in Serie A, a point behind AC Milan in sixth.  The winner in Bergamo will be on course to go straight into the Europa League group stage, with the loser facing the qualifiers.

Having just been thrashed 4-0 by Juventus in the Coppa Italia final, Milan could be there for the taking.

Lazio – 10/11

Lazio can’t afford to drop any points at Crotone in the top-four race. Inter Milan are hot on their heels.

Crotone also need a result to stay clear of the relegation zone but Simone Inzaghi’s side have only lost three league games away all season. All three of those defeats came against top-six sides. Their attacking quality should make the difference here.

Chievo – 7/5

Chievo’s decision to replace Rolando Maran with Lorenzo D’Anna so late in the season may just pay off.

Last weekend’s win over Crotone took them into 16th, a point above the bottom three. Another victory over Bologna could be enough for them to survive. Bologna are drifting to the end of the season and have only won once since February.
