Huge matches on the oche and the pitch

The sporting action comes thick and fast on Sunday. The PDC World Championship is in full swing, with six more First Round games on the agenda.

Meanwhile, there’s a ton of top-level football taking place. Bournemouth host Liverpool in the Premier League, while there are also big games in Serie A and La Liga.

The Coral News Team have put together a five-fold multisport acca on the action.

If it comes good, a £5 stake on this accumulator would return a handsome £98.24. Prices correct at the time of writing.

Bournemouth v Liverpool – Both Teams to Score

This is definitely a fixture to excite the neutral, as well as fans of both clubs. The last three meetings have produced a combined 14 goals, with Bournemouth winning the last clash at the Vitality Stadium 4-3 in December 2016.

Both sides found the net in all three of those games, and the pair’s recent form points to more of the same on the South Coast.

Jurgen Klopp’s men have scored in 12 of their last 13 outings, recording an eye-catching 40 goals in the process.

For the Cherries’ part, they’re good for a goal at home. Eddie Howe’s men have netted nine in the last five games on their own patch across all comps.

Both Teams to Score seems a smart addition at 4/6.

Chievo to beat Crotone

Crotone are now sitting just a point above the drop zone in Serie A, and are out of the Coppa Italia.

That’s after losing five successive games in all competitions. In the process, they’ve scored just once and conceded 10.

I Gialloblu are their visitors this weekend, and head to Stadio Ezio Scida in decent form. Chievo have lost just once in five league games, a run which has included draws with Napoli and Roma.

That all means Chievo to Win looks good value at 27/20.

Dave Chisnall to beat Vincent van der Voort

When these two meet, it’s ‘Chizzy’ who tends to have the better of it. They do battle in the First Round of the PDC World Championship, and the signs point to another victory for the man from Merseyside.

Chisnall reached the Quarter-Finals of this competition last time, beating the likes of Jelle Klaasen along the way. And he’s continued to impress in 2017, finishing fifth in Premier League Darts.

Having won four successive matches against Van der Voort, Match Betting: Dave Chisnall looks a solid addition at 2/5. Especially on the back of a largely underwhelming year for the Dutchman.

Barcelona v Deportivo La Coruna: Deportivo +3

Barca are sitting top of La Liga, while Depor are down in 17th place. But the Coral News Team aren’t expecting a comfortable victory for Ernesto Valverde’s men at Camp Nou.

Blaugrana have won just two of the last five Head-to-Heads, with Branquiazuis beating them 2-1 at Abanca-Riazor in the last meeting.

While Barcelona tend to breeze to victory against many of La Liga’s lesser lights, this is a fixture where they rarely have it easy. They’ve won by two or more goals in just three of the last nine meetings.

With Deportivo fresh off the back of a win over Leganes last weekend, they’ll arrive in Catalonia with a spring in their step. The Deportivo +3 handicap looks good at 23/20.

Alan Norris v Kim Viljanen – Norris -1.5

‘Chuck’ recorded his best ever finish at a Major earlier this year, reaching the Semi-Finals of the UK Open. And he looks set to progress in the PDC World Championship this Sunday, with a game against underdog Kim Viljanen.

The Finnish arrowsmith has never made it past the First Round of this competition, losing 3-0 to each of Kevin Painter and Michael van Gerwen in the past two years.

With Norris continuing to improve, and Viljanen having little-to-no pedigree on the big stage, the Coral News Team are closing out this acca with an Alan Norris -1.5 handicap at 4/6.
