Coral acca tips: Salzburg, Wright and Van Gerwen to star

Five-fold could pay out £99 from £5 stake

The end of the football season is nigh, but there’s still plenty to enjoy this evening.

That, and a helping hand from the Premier League Darts, of course.

Red Bull Salzburg to beat Marseille – 21/20

Salzburg are 2-0 down from the first leg against Marseille, in what was their third defeat in eight games.

But each of those three losses came on the road. At home, Salzburg mean business. Neither Borussia Dortmund nor Real Sociedad won at the Austrian club this term.

Marseille have won just one of their eight Europa League away games this season too. Throw in the fact that Salzburg need to go for it tonight, then a home win beckons.

Boreham Wood to beat Fylde – 7/5

Over in the National League and it’s play-off season.  Just two points separated fourth-placed Boreham Wood and seventh-placed Fylde, so this should be a close one.

Lancashire outfit Fylde head into tonight’s clash in slightly better form, but the Wood have lost only four times at home in the National League.

Plus, Fylde have struggled when they’ve visited sides in the upper regions of the division, and they’ve failed to score in four of their last six away matches.

In this one-off meeting, that ropey away form, coupled with the Wood’s solid record on home soil, could make all the difference.

Peter Wright to beat Simon Whitlock – 4/6

Over to the oche, and it’s crunch time with the penultimate round of games before the play-offs.

It all begins in Birmingham with the inconsistent duo of Peter Wright and Simon Whitlock.

Both men are out, but Snakebite’s vastly heavier scoring (no player has thrown more 100+ or 140+ in this year’s tournament) should pay dividends.

Gary Anderson to beat Raymond van Barneveld – 8/13

Two-time world champion Gary Anderson isn’t yet through to the play-offs, so the Flying Scotsman needs to beat the already-eliminated Raymond van Barneveld.

Barney is on a run with two wins and a draw in his last three matches, while Ando’s four-match winning streak ended last week.

The pair drew 6-6 in week six, and another close match is on the cards, but Anderson’s need for victory, plus his superior doubles percentage, should see him have the edge.

Michael van Gerwen to beat Rob Cross – 1/2

Mighty Mike has sat atop the Premier League for much of the campaign, and he booked his play-off spot long ago.

But that won’t stop him going all out to beat Rob Cross, the man who downed him in the World Championship semi-finals.

The two men have thrown some stunning arrows this year, but MVG’s 103. average is a cut above. Voltage is sure to be on better form than his 7-2 loss to the Dutchman in his Premier League debut, but Van Gerwen should still have enough in hand tonight.
