Birmingham, Hull and Ipswich in terrific Championship treble

Following the midweek Capital One Cup, the Championship return, and to celebrate Coral are giving away fantastic odds of 15/2 for current top seven teams Birmingham City, Hull City and Ipswich Town, who are all at home, to win.

The Blues host Rotherham United, the Tigers welcome Blackburn Rovers and the Tractor Boys entertain Bristol City on Saturday at 3pm.

All three clubs featured in this treble are either even-money or short-price favourites to win their respective matches. If you are still not fully convinced, then here are even more reasons to back this brilliant bet…

Birmingham v Rotherham
Gary Rowett’s men have started the season in good form, and the club are undefeated in their last nine against their upcoming Yorkshire outfit, who are currently rock bottom in the table. The Blues, therefore, are even-money favourites to beat them again.

Clayton Donaldson scored in both fixtures last term against the Millers, so the striker should be backed to help his side to another victory.

Hull v Blackburn
The Tigers are way up in fourth so far this season, and the recent Premier League side won 2-0 the last time these two teams duelled at the KC Stadium. Hull are even-money favourites for victory too, and are 21/10 to do so to nil once more.

Uruguay international Abel Hernandez has been Steve Bruce’s leading marksman this term so far, and he tops the anytime scorer market at 5/4. Chuba Akpom and Sone Aluko are decent shouts at 7/4 apiece, meanwhile.

Ipswich v Bristol City
Mick McCarthy’s Tractor Boys are level points with Hull after a great start to the season too, and next face Bristol City, who have lost five times already and are in 23rd place. Ipswich are undefeated against their upcoming opponents at home since 1978, so it is no wonder why they are the 21/20 favourites.

Freddie Sears has got the goals for the Suffolk side this season, and is also 5/4 to score again anytime.
