McIlroy favourite for Masters Crown
Latest Masters Golf odds
Former world number one Rory McIlroy remains the outright favourite to win this year’s Masters after having his odds cut to 6/1 (from 7/1).
The Northern Irishman continues to be the golfer best backed by punters to win the green jacket in this year’s Augusta showpiece.
Kevin Kisner has seen his odds cut to 66/1 (from 80/1) after his win at the WGC Match Play in Texas. He’s still an outsider to challenge for the jacket in Augusta.
Dustin Johnson looks best placed to challenge McIlroy for the title at 7/1, with Justin Rose and Tiger Woods at 10s and 12s respectively. 2016 surprise winner Danny Willett is a 100/1 shot for the glory in 2019.
“Punters are continuing to back McIlroy heavily in the run-up to the Masters teeing off, and we’ve cut him even further now to just 6/1. With a string of top ten finishes in a row now he will be hoping to go one better and we’ll be paying out all the way to Easter if he does get his hands on that green jacket at last,” said Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead.
“The last three winners of the Match Play to have gone on and played at Augusta that year have all finished in the top ten and Kisner is going to be a very popular each way selection off the back of his win on Sunday. We’ve cut him down to a 66/1 chance and we aren’t ruling out those odds continuing to drop,” added Aitkenhead.
