Rory McIlroy is favourite to win the 2019 Masters, topping the betting at 7/1 to triumph at Augusta, with the tournament teeing off in just under three weeks.
Dustin Johnson is the only other golfer with single figure odds at 8/1, whilst old favourites Justin Rose and Tiger Woods have both been well backed and are currently 12/1 in the betting.
“Rory has had five straight top ten finishes at Augusta and his win in the Players last weekend is giving punters plenty of confidence that he can finally go on and win that green jacket,” said Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead.
He’s been backed into favourite since that win last weekend and if he does go all the way we’ll be paying out all through the Easter holidays.”
“Tiger and Justin have proved as popular as ever and are both near the top of our betting at 12/1. Matusyama and last year’s winner Patrick Reed have been common selections at bigger prices and they both are rated as 33-1 shots at the moment but could well shorten in the run up to that first tee shot,” added Aitkenhead.
