Four tips for today’s action

Four days. That’s all that stands between you and the World Cup. But today still brings some decent football for you while you wait.

The Coral News Team have picked four potential winners to help you build your acca…

Brazil – 1/2

The Selecao take on Austria in their final friendly before the action begins in Russia. Brazil are 9/2 favourites to lift the World Cup for a sixth time this summer. It’s hard to see anything other than an away win here.

Tite already has a clear idea of his starting XI. He’ll use this game to make any final tactical tweaks and give Neymar valuable playing time to return to full fitness.

Sporting Gijon – 3/4

After losing 3-1 to Valladolid in their promotion play-off, Sporting Gijon aren’t likely to win this semi-final on aggregate. But they should win the second-leg in front of their own fans.

They’ve won 11 out of their last 12 home games – a run stretching back to mid-December.

Palermo – 21/20

Palermo and Venezia’s Serie B play-off is finely poised at 1-1. But Palermo’s home advantage could be crucial in the second-leg.

The Rosanero are unbeaten at the Stadio Renzo Barbera since February, while the visitors have only won two of their last 14 games on the road.

Frosinone – 19/20

After missing out on automatic promotion on goal difference, Frosinone will be desperate to secure their second campaign in Italy’s top flight. They’re currently level with Cittadella in their play-off semi-final after a 1-1 draw in the first-leg.

Moreno Longo’s side are unbeaten in their last six games, winning four of them. Their opponents have won just one in five.
