Odds, tips and previews for tonight’s games

There’s a busy assortment of football to enjoy tonight, ranging from a potentially-title deciding Championship clash to a La Liga basement duel and a trip to Ireland.

As ever, the Coral News Team are on hand to run through all the best tips for tonight’s action…

Cardiff – 11/5

Wolverhampton Wanderers have been Championship winners-elect since pretty much week one.

But the Molineux outfit have stumbled of late, and Cardiff City have been catching them up week after week.

Neil Warnock’s Bluebirds have won 10 and drawn three of their last 13. A win tonight could move them just three behind Wolves with a game in hand.

Cardiff have won their last seven home games, keeping four clean sheets.  Wolves have won only three of their last eight on the road, and defeat here could see their title hopes start to slip away.

Malaga – 3/1

Over in Spain there’s a bottom-end scrap between Deportivo La Coruna and Malaga.

Both sides are pretty much doomed. Depor sit 19th, some seven points from safety, while Malaga lie three points behind at the foot of La Liga.

But it’s the visitors who have shown some steel recently, picking up four points from two games.

The hosts are winless in a dismal 15 games, and also boast the league’s joint-worst defence. Malaga can continue their mini-resurgence.

Werder Bremen – 27/20

After a woeful start to the season, Werder Bremen have eased themselves from the relegation fight and a mid-table finish is on the cards.

Werder have won six of their last eight, and will be confident of making that seven from nine at Hannover.

The hosts are plummeting down the Bundesliga, and could yet end up in trouble having lost their last five.

Paris Saint-Germain – 1/3

With no Champions League to enjoy, Paris Saint-Germain’s main focus now is wrapping up the Ligue 1 title.

Les Parisiens are a comfortable 16 points clear, and have won 14 of their last 15 league games, including each of the last nine. And that’s without the injured Neymar.

Tonight they travel to Saint-Etienne, who are enjoying a decent season. Les Verts are unbeaten in five, but have lost their last two games against PSG 3-0 and 5-0.

Dundalk – 8/11

Not only are Dundalk the only side still unbeaten in the Irish Premier League, they haven’t even conceded a goal yet.

And that resolute defence hosts Shamrock Rovers this evening.

The visitors are going nicely themselves, winning five of their opening nine games, but seven goals conceded suggests they’re vulnerable.

Stephen Kenny’s hosts are the stronger side, and have been beaten just twice in their last 24 fixtures. Rovers don’t travel well either, losing four of their last five on the road.

Big match previews, betting tips and transfer news – we’ve got it all.
