Man United and Chelsea are involved

The Champions League continues tonight with another away of cracking European contests.

Manchester United and Chelsea both play this evening and the Premier League duo feature in tonight’s Coral News acca.

A £10 bet could return £90.60 if all selections collect three points. All prices and returns correct at time of writing.

CSKA Moscow to beat Basel

With so many sides heavily odds-on this evening, CSKA Moscow are the value pick to win at home to Basel.

The Russian side produced a fine performance to win at Benfica, and although Man United put them in their place, they could yet make the knockout stages.

That inspiration, plus home advantage over a Basel side with just one away win in their last 12 Champions League games, makes the even-money price look very good indeed.

Manchester United to beat Benfica

Given that Benfica have already lost at home to CSKA, and been hammered 5-0 by Basel, it’s surprising that Man United aren’t a massive slice shorter than 4/5.

The Red Devils look great value here, and Jose Mourinho knows that he can place one foot in the knockouts with victory in Lisbon.

United boast so much pace and power going forward, that they’ll surely be too much for the club they famously beat to win the European Cup in 1968.

Paris Saint-Germain to beat Anderlecht

This one should be straight-forward.

If Celtic can go to Anderlecht and win comfortably, then this should be a breeze for Paris Saint-Germain, who help bump the acca at 1/7.

Chelsea to beat Roma

Chelsea have the upper hand in this group following that brilliant victory against Atletico Madrid.

Defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday wouldn’t have been in Antonio Conte’s plan, but a big European night is the perfect tonic to bounce back.

Victory here would put the Blues in a massively strong position. They should get the job done at 8/13, especially with Roma having failed to win 10 of their last 11 away games in the competition.

Juventus to beat Sporting Lisbon

The final pick tonight is a home win for Juventus, priced up at 4/11.

The Italian giants actually sit below Sporting Lisbon in the group, but a home win beckons here.

Juve come into this off a surprise loss to Lazio in the league, but Sporting have won just one of their last five in all competitions.

Two wins from their last 12 away games in the Champions League doesn’t bode well for the Lisbon side either.
