Test your knowledge of English football grounds

Here we are again, back down the snake to Monday, and the start of a brand-new week. We’re fair rattling through 2017 and February is almost over, believe it or not. Seems like only a couple of weeks ago we were bringing in the New Year.

It was an entertaining weekend of results from the world of sport, with the Premier League back, following a break for the FA Cup. Chelsea look almost nailed on to win a historic title, and we also enjoyed the magic of the EFL Cup Final at Wembley on Sunday. Let’s not even talk about the heart-breaking Ranieri story just yet. Poor man.

As is often the case on a Monday, we like to glide through the day and get the first one out the way. There are no Monday blues here, but we are slow starters, sometimes. The working week is a marathon, not a sprint, after all.

If you share our feelings, then our Monday sports quiz is just the ticket. We have already touched on weekend football results, first scorers and Scottish football grounds. Little things like that, just to sharpen you up. Due to the popularity of last week’s quiz – naming Scottish football grounds, which was our most-played test yet – we are sticking with that thought and taking it down south.

Now, naming English football grounds sounds easy, but we have thrown a couple of lesser-known stadiums in there to keep you on your toes. There’s at least one team from each of English football’s four major divisions. But, how many stadiums can you name correctly, in three-minutes? Take the test, created alongside our friends at Sporcle, below…..

So, how did you get on? Do you know your Kassam from your King Power? Feel free to let us know how you did in the comments section below!
