Coral’s bet of the day

  • In the last 10 games LeBron James has averaged 27.9 points per match
  • The sides averaged a combined 200.3 points per game in the regular season
  • Both teams possess three players that score 15 points or more per match

Eastern Conference’s final two 12/5 to score between 197-207

The Cleveland Cavaliers’ trip north of the border didn’t go quite as expected, as they lost two out of two, a feat not even the ‘We the North’ Toronto Raptors fanatics foresaw.

The series is level at 2-2 and immense pressure now rests on Cleveland’s shoulders heading back to Ohio. Both teams are packed full of points and averaged a combined 200.3 points per game in the regular season, so Coral have the East’s final two at 12/5 to score between 197-207 points in game five as a fantastic bet of the day.

Raptors and Cavaliers possess three players each that score an average of 15 points or more, as LeBron James leads Cleveland with 27.9 over the last 10 matches, while DeMar DeRozan tops Toronto with 21.3 over the regular season.

Scorers to take advantage of meagre defence

They might be blessed with offensive firepower, but Raptors and Cavs are unlucky when it comes to defence.

Cavaliers Spurs Basketball

Neither side has excelled on the defensive end of the court, with Cleveland particularly exposed when Toronto deploy a pick and roll offence. Tyronn Lue’s side were relentlessly hammered last time out, with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love left wandering around aimlessly.

Point guard Kyle Lowry has destroyed Irving in this series, particularly in game four, when he either lost Irving behind screens or jolted him out of the play by faking toward a pick – then bolting the other direction.

While, LeBron James has covered for his team’s defensive errors in the first two games, but cannot keep making up for their incompetence. So, all the excellence in attack but frailties at the back make this 12/5 punt for between 197-207 points scored a top wager to take!
