Pistons, Hawks, Nuggets favoured in NBA enhanced multiples betting

NBA enhanced multiples are on the menu at Coral, with the oddsmakers offering 7/4 on Detroit Pistons, Atlanta Hawks, and Denver Nuggets all to emerge victorious in Friday night’s contests.
Pistons are the first of the three in action, when they play host to Charlotte Hornets as 2.5-point favourites in NBA betting.
Detroit rides a four-game straight up win streak into Friday night’s Hornets vs. Pistons matchup at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
The Midwest club picked up an 118-102 win over Orlando on Wednesday night, covering as 6-point chalk, and strengthening their grasp on eighth place and the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
Pistons have fueled their rise in the standings with strong play at home, going 7-1 SU in their past eight, 5-2-1 against the spread and, with an impressive 112.8 points per game, have also pushed the point total OVER in four of their past five outings.
Friday night marks the third meeting of the season between these two clubs, and first in Detroit, with Hornets sporting a dismal 14-19 road record.
Milwaukee Bucks @ Atlanta Hawks (-8.5)
Hawks, meanwhile, play host to Milwaukee Bucks as 8.5-point chalk in American basketball betting. Atlanta has reversed a mid-season swoon with 11 wins in their past 14, both SU and ATS, leaving them poised to repeat as Southeast Division champs and qualify for the postseason for a ninth straight year.
Atlanta split a home-and-home series with Washington this week, coming out on the losing end on home court, falling 117-102 to Wizards on Monday to end a six-game SU home winning streak. The club has also been a solid performer at the sportsbook, going 11-3 ATS over their past 14.
Bucks travel south for the final game of a three-game road trip looking to end a three-game SU losing streak, and post just their second SU road win in their past six.
At 30-42, Milwaukee is all but out of playoff contention. While they have amassed a respectable 21-14 SU home record, they have been dismal on the road all season, going 9-28 SU.
Denver Nuggets @ Los Angeles Lakers (-13.5)
Later on Friday night, Nuggets look to record consecutive SU wins for the first time in two weeks when they visit the Los Angeles Lakers as 13.5-point favourites in NBA betting.
Denver is coming off a thrilling 104-103 win over Philadelphia on Wednesday, but is just 1-5 SU in their last six on the road, and 1-4 ATS in their past five overall.
Lakers are looking to break out of their current 1-5 SU slide, which has featured a pair of losses to Phoenix, and home losses to New York and Cleveland, and they have not posted a SU home win over the Nuggets since November 2012.
In other NBA betting action at Coral on Friday night, Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs will be looking to extend their perfect home records.
Warriors host Dallas Mavericks as 13.5-point chalk, while Spurs welcome Memphis Grizzlies to town as 12.5-point favourites.
