Frenchman to replace Jose?
Ex-Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is now the 10/11 favourite to replace Jose Mourinho as Manchester United manager.
The Coral traders can report a surge in bets in favour of the Frenchman following reports that the four-time Champions League winner has already compiled a list of targets for the Old Trafford club.
Current Red Devils boss Mourinho has come under increasing pressure in recent weeks. He’s now the 3/1 favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave.
Zidane is a free agent after stepping down as Real manager in May of this year. He heads the betting for the United hotseat, with Antonio Conte and Mauricio Pochettino further back at 6/1 and 10/1 respectively.
“Zidane has hinted he is eager to get back into management as soon as possible and that has prompted another flurry of bets for him to become the next Manchester United boss, where he is now odds-on to take over from Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford,” said Coral’s John Hill.
