Aston Villa v Newcastle United – Away win

An already relegated Villa side put up a strong fight against Watford but ultimately let slip in the dying minutes to lose, and Newcastle will look to take some easy points here in their bid to beat the daunting drop this season.

Bournemouth v West Bromwich Albion – Draw

Both these teams look to be safe this term but will seek points to cement their positions in what could be a close contest at Dean Court.

Crystal Palace v Stoke City – Draw

Alan Pardew’s Eagles are aiming to push further up the top-flight table in these final fixtures and have an FA Cup final against Manchester United on the horizon to look forward to, while Stoke look to end in the top 10.

Sunderland v Chelsea – Away win

Sam Allardyce’s Black Cats are locked in a relegation tussle with bitter rivals Newcastle United and desperately need points to survive, but Chelsea have shown signs of their former strong selves in the run-in.

West Ham United v Swansea City – Draw

The Hammers haven’t long left at Upton Park before their move to the Olympic Stadium, so they’ll want to end on a high and next face a Swansea side that are in decent form after dispatching Liverpool.

Kilmarnock v Partick Thistle – Draw

In this Scottish dust-up, it’s a clash between two teams at the wrong end of the table and both Kilmarnock and Partick Thistle will want to see out victory in what could be a close encounter.

Leicester City v Everton – Home win

After the jubilant celebrations of winning the Premier League, Leicester are likely to have a few sore heads but back them to avoid a hangover by beating a stuttering Everton outfit.

Bologna v AC Milan – Away win

AC Milan want to end the Italian campaign strongly and a win over Bologna will help their cause, having dropped haplessly to seventh position in Serie A, so back them to bounce back on their travels.

Wigan Athletic v Barnsley – Home win

In this League One tussle between first placed Wigan and sixth Barnsley, the leaders will be confident of dispatching their opponents after already securing their Championship promotion.

Sheffield United v Scunthorpe United – Away win

The visitors here are still aiming for a play-off position, while Sheffield Utd sit further down in a less promising 10th spot, so back a travelling success to occur.

Tottenham v Southampton – Draw

After enduring the disappointment of losing out to Leicester in the title race, Spurs’ morale may have taken a hit, so back Southampton to take advantage and earn a draw in London.

Sampdoria v Genoa – Home win

Sampdoria are hoping to gain three points and edge further away from the relegation zone with two games remaining and they face a Genoa side that have lost back-to-back outings.

Liverpool v Watford – Away win

Jurgen Klopp’s Reds will take to their latest domestic duties after recent Europa League commitments and Watford will hope to capitalise on any fatigue.

Manchester City v Arsenal – Away win

The race for a Premier League top four finish reaches a pivotal stage as Arsenal face Man City at the Etihad, and the Gunners can dint their opponents’ hopes by securing three points on the road.

Torino v Napoli – Away win
