Silviniaco Conti 50/1 for Chase Triple Crown

Silviniaco Conti heads Coral’s betting for the Betfair Chase at 6-4, ahead of the recent Charlie Hall Chase winner Cue Card, the 4-1 second favourite, in the latest betting for a race that is also the first leg of the £1 million chase triple crown that Coral quote at 10-1 to be won this season.
The King George VI Chase is the second leg of the triple crown, and Coral’s market for the Kempton showpiece is headed by the Irish-trained duo Vautour and Don Cossack, 5-2 and 4-1 respectively.
“The £1 million pound bonus may have been announced too late to attract a strong challenge from Ireland this year, but Silviniaco Conti has proved he can conquer the first two legs, with the Cheltenham hill his biggest obstacle if he is to emulate his former stablemate Kauto Star,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
