Sharon Osbourne hot favourite to replace Cheryl on the X Factor

Bookmaker Coral make Sharon Osbourne the hot favourite to replace Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on the X Factor after she quit the show last night. Mel B is the second favourite to make a return at 10-1, ahead of Jessie J, Paloma Faith, and Rihanna, who are all priced at 12-1.
Other names in the mix include Adele and Ellie Goulding at 16-1, Demi Lovato at 20-1, and Tulisa Contostavlos at 25-1.
Meanwhile, Coral has chalked Cheryl Fernandez-Versini up at 5-4 to have a number one single in the UK this year, and 4-1 to duet with her latest boyfriend Liam Payne.
“Sharon Osbourne could be making a sensational return to the X Factor if the odds are anything to go by. Nobody else comes near her in the betting, but if she refuses, Mel B could be second choice,” said Coral’s Nicola McGeady.
“The odds aren’t as promising when it comes to Cheryl’s music career however, with another hit this year looking a little too optimistic,” added McGeady.
