Taking in five lower league games

The international break may be in full swing but the lower leagues are still going strong. League One and League Two both have a busy schedule this weekend.

Want to liven up the 3:00pm fixtures? This five-fold acca across the third and fourth tiers from the Coral News Team could do the trick.

If all five results come in, it could pay out £127.95. All prices and returns correct at time of publication.

Bradford City to beat Plymouth Argyle

Bradford shouldn’t have too many problems at home against bottom-of-the-table Plymouth.

The Bantams are up in third and hopeful of promotion to the Championship. They’re 8/13 to get the three points.

Oxford United to beat Northampton Town

Another fairly safe shout here, where Oxford are 5/6 to beat Northampton at the Kassam Stadium.

Pep Clotet’s side have struggled recently with no wins in their last five fixtures. But Northampton have only won one game on the road so far this season.

Wycombe Wanderers to beat Morecambe

Moving on to League Two, Morecambe have never beaten Wycombe at home. They’re unlikely to break that duck this weekend.

Wycombe are even-money to beat a side that’s without a win in eight league games.

Swindon Town to beat Chesterfield Town

A 20/23 home win looks on the cards when Swindon host Chesterfield. The Robins have only lost once at home to Saturday’s opponents since 1984.

Chesterfield are propping up the League Two table while Swindon are up in fifth. There should be a gulf in class between the two sides.

Notts County to beat Stevenage

Finally, the Coral experts have tipped league leaders Notts County to triumph against Stevenage at 27/20.

Stevenage have won five successive home games. But the Magpies won’t want to drop points and let their lead at the top slip.
