Sam Allardyce 7-4 to lose England job before end of 2016

Leading bookmaker Coral is 7-4 that Sam Allardyce loses his England job before the end of this year following the Daily Telegraph article this morning which suggests the England manager used his position to negotiate a deal and offer advice on player transfers. The firm make the newly appointed England boss 2-5 to remain in charge following the investigation by the FA.

When Coral opened betting on this market last night they offered 5-1 that Allardyce would leave his position as England manager by the end of 2016, however, the firm has seen a flurry of bets this morning, forcing them to slash their odds.

“When we first opened up betting on this market, Sam Allardyce was long odds-on to keep his job, however, since then it has been all one-way traffic in our market for the newly appointed England manager leaving his post by the end of the year, making his spell in charge of the national team, one of the shortest in history,” said Coral’s John Hill.
