Coral’s rumour reel

It is Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola’s turn to be all over the papers this morning, with rumours of David Alaba to Man City dominating the tabloids.

In fact, a double Bayern Munich raid is tipped to occur, with Guardiola to capture Kingsley Coman another whisper doing the rounds. While, two Milan clubs are said to be circling Premier League players. Read on to find out who…

David Alaba to Man City, Guardiola to capture Kingsley Coman too?

It tends to happen that a tactician is linked with taking the best and brightest from his former club. And so it has begun for Guardiola, with the gaffer reportedly ready to raid the Allianz Arena.

Top prospects Alaba and Coman are said to be top of the Catalan coach’s early Christmas list, with their versatility undoubtedly appealing as Pep continues his Etihad evolution.

In more Man City-Bayern business, the Bundesliga big-guns may well feel more at risk of losing on-loan wingman Coman, who is still officially owned by Juventus. Munich have the option to sign France winger Coman once his loan expires, but City’s interest could cause complications further down the road…

Meanwhile, over in Italy, Inter Milan’s issues with leading scorer and skipper Mauro Icardi could see the Nerazzurri move for Chelsea marksman Michy Batshuayi.

If Icardi packs his bags, leggy Belgium international Batshuayi is reportedly in the frame, having made just four Premier League appearances for the Blues since his summer switch.

While that Chelsea departure may seem a bit premature, midfield schemer Fabregas’ exit has been mooted for a while, and AC Milan are said to be the interested party. After just three Premier League outings under Antonio Conte, a Rossoneri arrival makes sense – though Fabregas’ wife quickly came out to quash the rumours on social media. Still, there’s no smoke without fire…
