Chelsea are stealing all the transfer headlines this morning, with moves for three top-draw players mooted, but Blues blows also tipped in the pursuit of reported Roma targets. So, read on with Coral for all the latest football gossip…

Stamford Bridge striker search, Kante coveted

This morning’s tabloid tales make tantalising reading for Chelsea fans, as the London club look set to bounce back from their limp Premier League title surrender by buying big this summer.

Doing the rounds is a rumour that the Blues are on the verge of bagging Leicester City hero N’Golo Kante, with reports suggesting the capital club could try to tempt the France midfielder by tripling his wages. There is competition from Ligue 1 rich kids PSG to stave off, however, but for an apparent fee of £20m, Chelsea could add real dynamism to the middle of the park for a plum price.

In more Stamford Bridge news, a striker still seems to be on the menu for incoming Italian coach Antonio Conte. Up-for-grabs Alvaro Morata may be prised from Juventus’ clutches for a cool £40m, with Chelsea keen to capture their targets before Euro 2016.

The silky sharpshooter is not the only frontman in the Blues’ sights, as Romelu Lukaku is also on Conte’s radar, with the possibility of Chelsea re-signing the Everton hitman having offloaded the bruising centre forward for around £28m back in 2014.

There is less good news from a Chelsea perspective, however, as a raid on Roma for midfielder Radja Nainggolan and defender Antonio Rudiger looks to be off the table, as Giallorossi club president James Pallotta told press the duo would remain in Rome.

Arsenal set for Vardy snub?

From one London giant to another, it appears as though Arsenal may not have succeeded in luring Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy to the Emirates, with reports suggesting the Foxes forward did not give the Gunners his decision before leaving with England for Euro 2016. For now then, it seems Claudio Ranieri can breathe a sigh of relief…

In more Gunners gossip, it is outgoing transfers which could cause a stir with Watford said to be circling young-gun Calum Chambers for a potential loan deal, as the adaptable Arsenal defender has slipped behind fellow full back fledgling Hector Bellerin in the north London pecking order.

Another headed to the Emirates exit could be Theo Walcott, with ambitious West Ham United seeking marquee signings which could also include a transfer coup for Lyon forward Nabil Fekir, who missed out on Les Bleus’ Euro squad after spending most of last season on the sidelines with serious injury.

Mexico stars for Premier League moves?

It’s not all about the English capital in the tabloids today, as arch enemies Manchester United and Liverpool are both tipped to target Mexico internationals.

For Jose Mourinho’s Red Devils Pachuca wing prodigy Hirving Lozano could be on the agenda, with Man Utd monitoring the 20-year-old attacker, who could add dribbling and goal threat to Old Trafford after notching 15 goals at club level this campaign.

While, rivals Liverpool are instead seeking to add solidity and panache to central midfield in the form of Porto’s Mexican midfield man Hector Herrera, who is apparently still part-owned by former club Pachuca – so the Mexican club could stand to make a tidy profit from Premier League teams this summer.

Finally, in more unlikely Reds rumours, Turkish press are tipping Borussia Dortmund deep playmaker Nuri Sahin for a return to Anfield under former boss Jurgen Klopp, despite the midfield schemer having already flopped in an Anfield loan spell in 2012, following an ill-advised move to Real Madrid before his Bundesliga homecoming.

While, Napoli and Argentina net threat Gonzalo Higuain has newspapers in a frenzy this morning, after coach Klopp was caught on camera watching La Albiceleste take on Chile in the Copa America alongside Higuain’s brother and agent. Could Klopp just have been enjoying the match? Watch this space.
