Ricky Norwood attracts Celeb Big Brother gamble
Published:Ricky Norwood has been cut into 9-2 (from 7-1) by leading bookmaker Coral to win Celebrity Big Brother following sustained support for the actor over the last 24 hours. Christopher Biggins still tops the betting at 9-4, while Samantha Fox can be backed at 13-2 to go all the way.
In the first elimination betting on the show, Grant Bovey is 1-6 with Coral to depart on Friday evening, while James Whale is 7-2 to be the first housemate to go.
“Punters have been quick to back Ricky Norwood winning Celebrity Big Brother this year ever since his confrontation with Heavy D. Christopher Biggins remains the favourite to be the last housemate standing, however, the bookies are now fearing this gamble on the former Eastenders actor,” said Coral’s John Hill.
