Premier League final day: Five fantastic tips to tempt punters

Sunday sees the Premier League end this season in style with 10 tremendous final day fixtures as a curtain call for this most enthralling of campaigns.
Leicester City may have surprisingly surged to a historic title, Newcastle United the biggest spending club to be relegated and Sunderland safe, but there is still plenty to play for on the last match day.
So, Coral have scoured Sunday’s scuffles and come up with five fantastic flutters for punters to enjoy. Fancy a wager on Olivier Giroud to wreak havoc against Aston Villa? Read on for that and more delicious dabbles…
Arsenal v Aston Villa – Giroud to grab first goal
Arsene Wenger’s men seemingly enjoy encountering Aston Villa, having hammered the Villans to nil in all of their last four fixture meetings across all competitions, scoring a thrilling 14 from those matches themselves.
Arsenal’s key attacking protagonist against Villa more often than not is prolific poacher Olivier Giroud, with the France forward firing five in as many of his previous matches against the boys from Birmingham.
As it happens, Giroud gobbled the opening goal on three of those occasions and is suitably a fantastic 3/1 to follow up his breach of Manchester City’s backline by striking first again to help the Gunners lift the gloom and grab glory on their last Emirates outing of the season.
Swansea City v Manchester City – Bony to bag last
Amid rumours that Swansea could lure former star forward Bony back to the Liberty Stadium, the now-Man City marksman should be keen to impress in this key fixture that Manuel Pellegrini’s men must kill off to secure Champions League football for next campaign.
Bullish Bony has been getting game time in all of the Citizens’ last four Premier League games, and seemingly needs little encouragement to get on target against his old club, with the striker scoring in both his outings against them since, including this very fixture last term.
That makes Bony, who is more likely to feature in the latter stages of the match, a nifty 9/2 to deliver the final blow in this encounter for the second successive season.
West Bromwich Albion v Liverpool – Baggies to hold Reds
If punters cast their minds back to the reverse before Christmas they’ll remember just how stubborn Tony Pulis’ team can be, and how many problems they can cause Jurgen Klopp’s contingent, who have a Europa League final to worry about three days after this fray.
Liverpool have stumbled to three draws from their last four scraps with Albion and are 12/5 to split the spoils again, after ending evenly last time out versus Chelsea and also dropping recent points against Newcastle United and Swansea. While, the Baggies will not want to go quietly into the night and have held both Sunderland and Bournemouth recently.
Chelsea v Leicester City – Foxes take three points and both teams score
In a fitting final fixture, newly crowned Premier League champions Leicester City face dethroned Chelsea. The Blues are in the midst of a poor patch with one win in their last six scuffles, over which they have conceded seven.
The Londoners still have goals in them, but are too leaky at the back to be likely for a victory against buoyant Leicester, with Claudio Ranieri’s guys fantastic 15/4 value to triumph and both teams score – just as in the 2-1 reverse at Stamford Bridge.
Manchester United v Bournemouth – Martial to bag a brace or better
Despite a demoralising defeat last time out at Upton Park, it’s still not mathematically over for Man Utd as they aim to topple bitter inter-city rivals Man City from the last top four spot.
Aside from results going their way elsewhere, it is Bournemouth who stand in the Red Devils’ way for their last Old Trafford showing of the season – and there’s only one man for the job. Anthony Martial shrugged off injury concerns to dispatch a deadly double past West Ham United, almost single-handedly saving his side’s season.
Looking as though he had the ball glued to his boots, Martial made the difference and is 4/1 to equal or better that feat with another couple of strikes or more, after notching four in his last three fixtures in all competitions.
