Manuel Pellegrini is odds-on at 4/6 with Coral to leave West Ham before the end of the season.
The East London outfit have lost their first four Premier League games of the season under the former Manchester City manager.
The West Ham boss is 7/2 second-favourite in the next Premier League manager to leave market behind only Jose Mourinho, who is the 3/1 favourite.
“The betting suggests Manuel Pellegrini will not see out the season at West Ham following his side’s poor start to the campaign where they have failed to win a point so far,” said Coral’s John Hill.
“We have seen a flurry of bets over the last couple of days on Pellegrini being the first managerial casualty in the Premier League this season where he has only Jose Mourinho ahead of him in the betting,” added Hill.
