Ben Stokes and co 2/7 to claim the win

England Men’s cricket team get their summer of tours and tests underway this week, starting against the West Indies on Wednesday.

Ben Stokes leads England in Joe Root’s absence to take on Jason Holder’s men at the Rose Bowl in Southampton, with England starting as overwhelming odds-on favourites to win at 2/7.

West Indies can be found at 6/1 to cause an upset in the first test match, with the draw marked up at the same price.

Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “It’s been a long time coming but finally we’ll have some cricket on this summer. England are the firm favourites to beat the West Indies in the first test, odds-on to make a winning start.”

After his heroics in the short format of the game in the victorious 2019 Cricket World Cup, there’ll be a number of Ben Stokes specials, including scoring a century in an England win at 6/1.

You can also find 12/1 on Stokes to be dismissed for a duck in the first innings, or 11/1 to win the toss and take the most wickets in the first innings.

Aitkenhead added: “Stokes was England’s talisman last summer, and over the winter in South Africa, and now he’s captain. Punters keen to back him to shine can get 6/1 on him scoring a hundred and guiding his team to a win.
