Second Test due to start on Thursday
After their opening Test win over Pakistan, England are even-money favourites to clinch the series win with victory in the second Test.
Joe Root and co. head into the next Test at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton having won the first Test by three wickets, after a second-innings turnaround against the Men in Green.
Stuart Broad claimed three second-innings wickets before Jos Buttler’s 75 and Chris Woakes’ unbeaten 84 led England to victory.
Pakistan are 7/2 to win the second Test, with the draw priced at 15/8 with the potential for wet weather to disrupt play.
Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “England have now won three Tests on the spin this summer and they’re hitting their stride. We think they’re the hot favourites to clinch the series over the next five days by winning the second Test against Pakistan.”
