Newcastle ease to 3-10 in relegation betting

Newcastle have eased to 3-10(from 2-7) with bookmaker Coral to be relegated from the Premier League this season after picking up a point at Anfield this afternoon which leaves them just one point away from safety in the league table. Norwich are available at 4-11 in the relegation betting, while Sunderland, who are in action tomorrow, can be backed at 8-11.
“It’s another huge point for Newcastle who were as short as 1-8 for the drop just a couple of weeks ago. The latest betting now suggests there is very little between the Magpies, Norwich and Sunderland for the drop,” said Coral’s John Hill.
