Defending champ has a point to prove
Murray made history back in 2013, when he became the first Brit since Fred Perry to win a Wimbledon singles title and to make his achievements all the more impressive, he went and did it again last year.
This year has been pretty peculiar for the 30 year old, having became world number one, an astonishing feat given the pool of talent in the sport at the moment, he appeared to struggle with the burden and has rather limped his way into this year’s SW19 showpiece.
