New Bay backed for Coral-Eclipse win
Published:The sponsor has cut New Bay to 3-1 (from 7-2) for next weekend’s Coral-Eclipse, following support for the Prix Du Jockey Club winner today. The Investec Derby hero Golden Horn remains favourite for the Sandown showpiece at 4-5 (from 8-11).
“New Bay backers will be hoping for a boost to the French Derby form when the Chantilly runner-up Highland Reel takes on Jack Hobbs in this weekend’s Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby, with fans of the Coral-Eclipse favourite looking for a win from his stablemate at the Curragh,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
