Defending champions 8/13 to beat Delhi Capitals

After 59 matches in the IPL this season, Mumbai Indians have been placed as the odds-on 8/13 favourites to win the 60th and final match, the IPL Final.

The IPL’s most successful side, with four titles already to their name, face Delhi Capitals on the hunt for their fifth championship win in 12 seasons.

Delhi Capitals are 5/4 to win the trophy after reaching their first final in 12 seasons, which takes place on Tuesday.

In the most recent meeting between the two in the play-offs, Mumbai won by 57 runs with impressive knocks from Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav, plus a standout bowling performance from Jasprit Bumrah taking four wickets for just 14 runs.

Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “Defending champions Mumbai have never looked in a moment of trouble throughout this tournament and they are the red-hot favourites to see off Delhi and win the IPL for a record fifth time.”

Mumbai’s Quinton de Kock and Rohit Sharma are the joint favourites at 8/1 to win the Man of the Match award, with Marcus Stoinis Delhi’s best hope at 9/1.

“De Kock and Stoinis have been the two standout overseas performers and are right at the top of the Man of the Match betting,” added Aitkenhead.
