Punters had another exciting round of football results at the weekend, and we hope you found plenty of winners along the way. City warmed up for their Champions League clash with Monaco by beating Middlesbrough 2-0 in the FA Cup on Saturday.
We also saw a win for Liverpool in the Premier League, while Rangers hammered Celtic 1-1 at Parkhead in a result no one saw coming. Cue scenes of jubilation from the Gers players, as they threw it back in the faces of everyone who said they shouldn’t bother turning up. Celtic would’ve struggled to get any sleep that night, knowing they are now only 33 points ahead of their city rivals.
It was a thoroughly entertaining clash however, and the post-match banter wasn’t too bad either. Planet football is certainly a better place with the fixture back on a regular basis, and we now have one final meeting between the pair when they battle it out in the Scottish Cup.
