McIlroy proves popular at 6-1 for HSBC Championship

Leading bookmaker Coral make Rory McIlroy the 6-1 favourite to return to winning ways this week by lifting the WGC-HSBC Championship where he has been by far the most popular selection with the firm.
Jordan Spieth can be backed at 15-2 with Coral to win his maiden WGC event, while 2013 champion Dustin Johnson is available at 14-1.
“Rory had a solid week in Turkey and that has been enough to convince punters he is returning to form as he’s been very popular already to win the final WGC event of the year in China,” said Coral’s John Hill.
