Manchester United quadruple odds: Red Devils 80/1 for clean sweep
Published:Coral have cut the Manchester United quadruple odds to 80/1 after Erik ten Hag’s men followed up their Carabao Cup success by reaching the FA Cup quarter-finals.
United had not won silverware since 2017 and ended their longest trophy drought in 40 years with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle at Wembley on Sunday after Casemiro’s header and a Sven Botman own goal settled things.
There could be more to come from United this season given they are 12/1 in the Premier League winner odds, 9/4 favourites with Coral for the Europa League and 2/1 second favourites to lift the FA Cup.
United are up against Spanish side Real Betis in the last 16 of the Europa League while they host Fulham in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup so the Manchester United quadruple odds are attracting plenty of interest.
They had a scare against West Ham in the fifth round though and the Wembley heroes looked set to be brought back down to earth with a bump after Said Benrahma put David Moyes’ visitors into a deserved lead at Old Trafford.
But Nayef Aguerd’s 77th-minute own goal sparked an impressive turnaround, with teenager Alejandro Garnacho’s superb 90th-minute effort followed by a stoppage-time strike by Fred in a 3-1 triumph.

Asked about United’s improvement this season, Fred said: “Erik has brought energy to our dressing room, so it’s a good season and we need to keep it going.
“It’s difficult to say (what is different to before). Erik ten Hag bring a lot of things with him. He brings energy into the dressing room, now we keep playing in our home, we have a place to play. I don’t know what’s different, it’s the same players, but a different mentality.”
Asked if it was down to being a more confident side than before, Fred added: “Everything. Like today, we were 1-0 down, every moment we believe, we believe in the game. We have the mentality, it’s important to keep this to win the trophies.”
United still have a lot to do if they are to catch Premier League leaders Arsenal though, especially after the Gunners beat Everton in midweek to pull 11 points clear of United, who have a game in hand.
The Red Devils can afford few, if any, slip-ups between now and the end of the season and on Sunday they face Liverpool at Anfield where they have not won since January 2016.
