Joe Tizzard: “I think there’s a good bit more to come from Silverhow”

This is a hugely competitive race. We thought long and hard about whether we were going to take him to the Supreme or the Ballymore, but we’ve gone down this route.
A mark of 139 is workable but we haven’t saved anything. That’s the mark he’s got for what he’s shown. He’s a nice horse but giving that weight away might be difficult.
He’s a good little chap and always runs his race. Kempton was a bit sharp for him last time but Sandown should suit him. He seems in good form so can run well.
This is a good race for him. He was more impressive in the end at Wincanton than he had looked like being.
He scooted away at the end quite nicely. He’s a bonny little horse and it’s all starting to click with him and I think there’s a good bit more to come.
He won his race at Chepstow and since then he’s been in the grip of the handicapper.
Two and a half miles around Sandown will suit him. He’ll run his race. He is what he is, but that is very consistent.
This is a horse that has dropped to a lovely mark. In an ideal world he’s be a handicap chaser but it got called off at Exeter last week.
He loves the soft ground, and there aren’t any other chases, so we have had to go the hurdle route. He’s in very good form at home.
The wind op has certainly helped him. He was impressive last time at Fontwell. He’s a big strong horse that can handle top weight.
He’s had his problems and he’s not the greatest finisher in the world. It’s his first run back and we’ll probably run him all through the summer.
It’s a nice little pot and he’s ready to have a run. He’s a true two miler. He probably wants better ground.
She must have a good chance. She’s been working really well. This looks a winnable option. She’s been a backward and the penny is dropping with her. She’ll have a nice chance.
Sunday
2.50 Warwick – On Demand
She’s had a couple of runs over fences and taken to it well.
She’s rated to run in this race and it’s a nice target for her. It looks more competitive than we’d hoped but she always runs a solid race.
2.00 Market Rasen – Sizing Cusimano
He needs to have another run. The penny is starting to drop.
He wasn’t far behind Storm Home at Taunton last time. He’s a big backward baby that is learning on the track. He’ll do his best.
4.10 Market Rasen – Zanstra
He was very unlucky last time out at Exeter and just couldn’t quite get back up.
It’s the right race for him and he seems in lovely form.
