1.50 – Zealandia
He is a course winner who has not done much on his last few starts. His last success came at Newcastle back in January when he beat Enemy. I am hoping he can find his best form again. If he does that, he is more than good enough to be in the mix here.
3.00 – Rebel Territory
He is a good horse who won the Victoria Cup at Ascot last year. He will need a shower of rain overnight for the ground to soften up a little. If he does not get that, he may not even run. The draw in stall 19 is not great, so he also has to overcome that. Hopefully, the rain will fall, but do keep an eye on the non-runners list across the morning.
5.20 – Mafnood
I rode this horse to victory at Haydock last year. He ran quite well at Sandown and Newmarket back in June but then disappointed last time. This step up in distance to 1m3f should help. He is more than capable, and I rate him as having a decent each-way chance.
