Tiger Roll 10/1 for Grand National hat-trick in 2021
Two-time winner expected to go for three next year
After the 2020 Grand National at Aintree was cancelled due to coronavirus fears, two-time winner Tiger Roll will have to wait until the 2021 showpiece to see if he can win three on the spin.
Irish trainer Gordon Elliott confirmed that his star will now be aiming to make history in the 2021 Grand National at the Aintree course.
Tiger Roll would be 11 years old by the time the 2021 National comes around, and our traders have placed him at 10/1 to join Red Rum as a three-time winner.
Coral’s David Stevens said: “Had it gone ahead as planned, this year’s Randox Grand National would have been all about Tiger Roll’s unprecedented hat-trick bid, but although that won’t happen now, the Tiger could still get the chance to join Red Rum as a three-time winner in twelve month’s time, and we’re certainly not writing him off.”
