Rescheduled race takes place on Friday’s Cheltenham card

Following the final declarations for Friday’s Grade 2 Peterborough Chase, Fanion D’Estruval, Mister Fisher and Top Notch have been named the 4/1 co-favourites.

Cheltenham racecourse has stepped in to save the Peterborough Chase from being abandoned this year after it was prevented from running at Huntingdon due to a waterlogged track.

The former Aintree Novices’ Chase winner Kalashnikov is the 5/1 second favourite to win the 2m 4f race at Cheltenham, while Clondaw Castle can be found at 11/2.

Coral’s David Stevens: “It may not have taken place as planned at Huntingdon last weekend, but the rescheduled Peterborough Chase is a competitive contest, with three co-favourites in our book, and three more of the eight runners shorter than 6-1.”

Elsewhere, Goshen remains the 2/1 favourite to win Saturday’s International Hurdle ahead of Song For Someone who’s 9/2 in the betting.
