What sport is happening on Tuesday?

We’ve scoured the globe for the latest sporting action – with racing from Ireland, greyhound action from the UK, the Bowls Grand Prix and a virtual Boxing tournament that’s proving popular.

Horse Racing

Ireland continues to fly the flag for racing fans, with action from Clonmel starting at 14:00.

Willie Mullins and his riders have shown dominant form at the track in recent meetings, with two runners in the 16:00 feature race, in the form of Bachasson and Bobbon Au Miel. They’re likely to see a challenge from the Gigginstown trained Mortal, who hasn’t yet lived up to the hype after a productive novice season.

There’s international racing throughout the day with action at South Africa’s Turffontein from 11:25, with USA’s Will Rogers Downs hosting from 18:15.

Greyhounds

It might have moved behind closed doors but there’s still plenty of greyhound racing on the sporting schedule, with five meetings across the day.

The early running comes from Kinsley and Nottingham, with races starting from 11:00, while as Sunderland picks up the baton at 14:08.

In the evening the action shifts to Sheffield and Poole from 18:20, continuing until late.

Esports

In League of Legends, the Chinese LPL spring split continues with Rogue Warriors taking on Team WE at 10:00 followed by Suning v LNG Esports at 12:00.

There are plenty of unique one-off events being set up in the wake of coronavirus shut-down, including the World Boxing Super Series, simulated on EA’s Fight Night Champion.

Tonight’s bout at 18:00 sees eLennox Lewis face off against eJoe Frazier, with the former British heavyweight champion Lewis coming in as 4/7 favourite, with Frazier priced at 5/4.

The CS:GO ESL Pro League has another six matches as the intense invitational league sees heavy-hitters Astralis and Team Vitality vying for position in Group A.

The Rainbow Six Pro League continues from 1:00 on Wednesday morning as Evil Geniuses take on Tempo Storm, with four matches of tactical action to enjoy.

Bowls Grand Prix

We’ve reached the vital stage of the summer season’s second tournament, with the final round of fixtures, before the top two face-off in the final. The action starts at 8:00 with favourite Kevin Rands playing Neil Smith.
