We highlight the main events from the sporting world today

There’s plenty of top sporting action still taking place around the world, with horse racing and football on the agenda. Plus, there’s another eBoxing bout to look forward to, and more action from the world of Esports.

All of these events are still scheduled to go ahead as of the time of writing…

Horse Racing

We begin with five meetings taking place in Australia, where Geelong starts our action at 3:00, and finishing at Pakenham at 11:00.

Later on, we head Stateside where there’s plenty more racing, with action from the likes of Gulfstream, Golden Gate Fields and Remington Park throughout the evening. The nine-race card at Gulfstream gets things underway at 18:00.

There’s Swedish racing too, coming from Rattvik at 11:20 where there’s another nine-race card before nine more from Orebro at 17:30.

Football

There’s more action from the Nicaraguan Primera Division. Diriangen FC host Deportivo Walter Ferreti in the first match, with the home side 8/15 favourites.

Later we’ve got a top of the table clash as first placed Managua FC take on Real Esteli, who occupy second. Managua are 7/5 to win, with the away side at 17/10.

In the Belarusian Reserve League, Dinamo Minsk Reserves are odds-on 2/7 favourites in their tie with Torpedo Zhodino Reserves. The away side are available at 8s. Belishina Bobruisk Reserves take on Gorodeya Reserves later too. Belishina are 29/20 to notch three points, with Gorodeya 7/5.

eBoxing

In the world of eBoxing, there’s another great quarter-final matchup in the eWorld Boxing Super Series Middle-weight Legends tournament, where eCarlos Monzon and eJake Lamotta take to the ring with a place in the semi-finals on the line.

It’s eMonzon who heads the betting at 2/3 to win, with rival eLamotta out at 11/10 to get make the next round.

Esports

There’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive action from five leagues, including the LPL Pro at 9:00. The last of 12 battles gets underway at 21:15 in the ESL Meisterschaft.

Looking for some League of Legends action? There’s plenty of that two, with matches in the Legends Pro League and Legends Champion Korea getting started at 07:00. The Vietnam Championship Series and LVP Superliga also feature matchups too.

If you’re looking for something else, there’s three Dota 2 league’s in action, and an offering in the Rainbow Six Pro League North America.
