We highlight the main events from the sporting world today
There’s plenty of top sporting action still taking placearound the world, with horse racing and football on the agenda. Plus, there’sanother eBoxing bout to look forward to, and more action from the world ofEsports.
All of these events are still scheduled to go ahead as ofthe time of writing…
We begin with five meetings taking place in Australia, whereGeelong starts our action at 3:00, and finishing at Pakenham at 11:00.
Later on, we head Stateside where there’s plenty moreracing, with action from the likes of Gulfstream, Golden Gate Fields andRemington Park throughout the evening. The nine-race card at Gulfstream getsthings underway at 18:00.
There’s Swedish racing too, coming from Rattvik at 11:20where there’s another nine-race card before nine more from Orebro at 17:30.
There’s more action from the Nicaraguan Primera Division. DiriangenFC host Deportivo Walter Ferreti in the first match, with the home side 8/15favourites.
Later we’ve got a top of the table clash as first placedManagua FC take on Real Esteli, who occupy second. Managua are 7/5 towin, with the away side at 17/10.
In the Belarusian Reserve League, Dinamo Minsk Reserves areodds-on 2/7 favourites in their tie with Torpedo Zhodino Reserves. Theaway side are available at 8s. Belishina Bobruisk Reserves take onGorodeya Reserves later too. Belishina are 29/20 to notch three points, withGorodeya 7/5.
In the world of eBoxing, there’s another great quarter-finalmatchup in the eWorld Boxing Super Series Middle-weight Legends tournament,where eCarlos Monzon and eJake Lamotta take to the ring with a place in thesemi-finals on the line.
