Our round-up of all the day’s sport

We’ve got International Racing, football, darts, and the latest Esports action to look forward to in our round-up of the pick of today’s action.

All of these events are still scheduled to go ahead at the time of writing:

Horse Racing

If you’re into globetrotting then Friday has plenty of action in store, with meetings from the US, Australia, Japan and Scandinavia.

When it comes to early morning meetings, you’re spoilt for choice, with seven cards from Australia, including Gold Coast, Cranbourne, Wagga and more. Over in the States, Remington Park meeting begins at midnight, while Japan’s Nagoya and Oi Racecourses are also open for business.

In the afternoon, we turne our eyes to Scandinavia, with Odense and Harstad in action from 14:45 and 14:55 respectively, with a six-race card from Sorlandet at 17:55.

In the evening, it’s back across the pond for three further US Racing cards, with Tampa Bay Downs, Oaklawn Park and Gulfstream all seeing action. Look out in particular for the $400,000 Fantasy Stakes from Oaklawn at 23:09, with our traders tipping British Idiom as one to watch in the field.

Football

The BelarusianVysheyshaya Liga continues on Friday with FC Smolevichi v Energetyk-BGU. The home side are yet to record a victory so far this season, and are 33/10 to claim an elusive win, with the visitors Energetyk at 13/8 to win. If you’re interested in placing an acca, look to the Belarusian Reserve League, where a further three matches are set to take place.

Darts

Both the PDC Home and Modus darts events continue into Friday, with three big events and one very big name among the competitors.

The Modus Icons of Darts event starts at 11am and sees Jarred Cole, Ritchie Edhouse, Keelan Kay and Justine facing off across the oche.

Later, the Modus A Night at the Darts competition will see the legendary Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor playing five big names including Fallon Sherrock, Wessel Nijman, Michael Warburton, David Evans and Martin Adams.

In the PDC Home tour starting at 19:30, Andy Hamilton, Darren Webster, Bradley Brooks and Scott Baker will be battling to progress to the next stage of the competition.

Esports

In the LoL European Masters, Group C teams will be in action, with FC Schalke 04 Evolution, Movistar Riders, and K1CK Neosurf all even in the standings. They’ll play each other to see which two sides will progress in the tournament.

There’s a host of CS:GO matches, but the biggest action is in the ESL One: Road to Rio, where some of Europe’s leading sides are in action.

Natus Vincere are huge 1/12 favourites to beat Espada at 7/1, while pro100 at 3/1 have their work cut out against Virtus.Pro who can be backed at 2/9 to claim victory.

With a further seven Best of Three match-ups across the afternoon and evening, there’s more than enough tactical action to get you going for the weekend.
