Coral ambassador Jim Crowley previews his three rides at Goodwood on Saturday, the final day of the Festival

3.20 Goodwood – Annaf

He is a horse I have been watching for a while. I have been badgering Michael Appleby for the ride and they have finally relented and let me on him. I think he has a great chance.

He was second in a Group Three at Newcastle. He is a three-year-old and obviously I won this race on Khaadem who was three at the time. I am happy about being drawn in stall five. It is a tough race to win, but I think he ticks all the right boxes.

3.55 Goodwood – Laasudood

He is a lovely big scopey son of War Front. I won on him two starts back at Doncaster. I did not ride him last time out at Newmarket as it was a busy Saturday. Christophe Soumillon was on board that day where he just didn’t turn up.

He should run better this time. He has been drawn well and if he produces his Doncaster form, I expect him to go close.

4.30 Goodwood – Ajero

A horse I haven’t ridden before for Kim Bailey. He ran well at Royal Ascot where he bumped into a smart horse from William Haggas’ yard. Forest Falcon is obviously the one to beat but my runner has a good solid chance too.
