Three fantastic 3pm Premier League fixtures

Saturday’s excellent afternoon Premier League action promises punters plenty of potential rewards, as riveting scuffles include high-flying West Ham United and Leicester City, who travel to Watford and West Bromwich Albion respectively. While, Newcastle United welcome Stoke City to to St James’ Park.

Watford v West Ham United

  • Premier League
  • Saturday, October 31st
  • Kick-off: 15:00 GMT
  • Vicarage Road, Watford, Hertfordshire

Last time West Ham visited Vicarage Road in 2011 they were victorious by four goals to nil, when both were Championship clubs, and West Ham are tempting at 6/1 to score three or more again, after scoring in all their league games so far.

The Hammers have not managed to keep a clean sheet since September, though, so could also be nifty at 9/2 to win with both teams to bag.

For Bilic, Dimitri Payet has been prolific and, although he did not find the net last time out, was still the one pulling the strings. Back the fantastic Frenchman at 11/4 to be on target again anytime. Alternatively, dangerman Diafra Sakho is 6/1 to draw first blood, while previous match-winner Andy Carroll is the same price to poach last.

As for hosts the Hornets, skipper Troy Deeney has now broken his duck and is 5/4 in the anytime market, while goal-hungry Nigerian hitman Odion Ighalo is 5/1 to nab the opener.

Newcastle United v Stoke City

  • Premier League
  • Saturday, October 31st
  • Kick-off: 15:00 GMT
  • St James’ Park, Newcastle

Yet, Newcastle have been so inconsistent this campaign, conceding 11 in their past three games but also scoring eight, that they look unlikely at 13/10 to triumph.

Instead, buoyed by reaching the Capital One Cup last eight, Stoke seem much more enticing at 21/10 to take all three points, having won all of their last three frays on the road.

As for scoring shouts, Jonathan Walters is currently in-form for the Potters, while flying Dutchman Georginio Wijnaldum is the hosts’ main hope, and both are 15/8 to notch anytime.

West Bromwich Albion v Leicester City

  • Premier League
  • Saturday, October 31st
  • Kick-off: 15:00 GMT
  • The Hawthorns, West Bromwich

Albion have clocked-up narrow back-to-back victories but have struggled at times to net, notching just eight in 10 league outings so far, which could see them come unstuck against the free-flowing Foxes.

In-form forward Jamie Vardy, incredibly linked to Real Madrid recently, scored in this derby duel last term and is 4/1 to get proceedings under way here, having hit six in his last four league games. While, electric Riyad Mahrez struck midweek and is a terrific 2/1 in the anytime market.
